Committed to building strong, long-lasting relationships rooted in honesty, transparency and integrity, CentreCourt’s values are at the heart of its commitment to harnessing Schulich alumni talent and championing student success alike.

Several Schulich alumni are currently employed at CentreCourt including executives Jonathan Levinoff (MBA ’10), Senior Vice President, Finance and Nikola Ilic (BBA ’09), Vice President Accounting.

Deepening its Schulich ties, CentreCourt donated $15,000 in 2018 to establish the CentreCourt Scholarship recognizing exceptional students enrolled in the Master of Real Estate & Infrastructure (MREI) program or MBA students specializing in real estate and infrastructure at the Schulich School of Business. The scholarship valued at $5,000 annually provides financial relief for the award recipient and the opportunity to interview for a summer internship or a full-time position with CentreCourt.  To date, the scholarship has been awarded to two exceptional students – inaugural recipient Jamal Nureddin (MBA ’18) who is now working at Barbuda-based Replay Destinations as a Senior Analyst, Development Finance and this year’s recipient, Nick DiCastri (MREI Candidate 2020).  Excited and humbled to have received the scholarship, DiCastri hopes to repay CentreCourt’s generous investment in his burgeoning career in real estate with a strong contribution to the development industry in Toronto.  Knowing that it comes from a firm with such a sterling track record and reputation for excellence in development makes this truly special.  This scholarship gives me further motivation to succeed in the development field.”

CentreCourt is also supporting Schulich students through sponsoring events organized by the Schulich Real Estate & Infrastructure Club (SREIC).  Last October, SREIC hosted a fireside chat with CentreCourt President Shamez Virani where Mr. Virani shared his insights and expertise with students on the current state and emerging trends in the high-rise GTA residential market.

Winning collaborations with industry are crucial in keeping the Schulich School of Business at the forefront of change, developing innovative and responsible leaders for the Canadian and global real estate industry. And CentreCourt’s investment in the Schulich School of Business – its community of alumni, students, faculty and staff – is one that is guaranteed to appreciate in value.
